With over 60 combined years in big organisations - banks, universities, large retailers and manufacturers - We'd seen how good systems and processes could transform how a business runs. The right automation. The right data. The right follow-up at the right time.
We also noticed something when we started talking to small business owners - friends from the golf club, people running trades companies, manufacturers trying to grow. They were drowning in admin, losing track of leads, working nights and weekends just to keep up with the basics.

Across the company’s leadership we have backgrounds in data governance, process design, and making technology actually work for people. We’ve led programs across major Australian banks and universities, health informatics initiatives, major Australian retailers, and property finance — and brought decades of experience building and running companies from the ground up and at scale, including founding a health food company. Between us we’ve fixed failing projects, built data frameworks from scratch, and seen what works and what doesn’t.
