When DSConnect isn’t the right fit

  • Enterprise B2B sales with multi-tier approval flows, complex quoting engines, or deep CPQ — HubSpot Enterprise, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics usually fit those teams better.

DSConnect is a monthly subscription priced on user count and the modules you turn on. We quote it in discovery, so you know what you’re committing to before you sign anything.

Setup and data configuration is a separate one-off engagement, quoted on the scope of your migration and initial configuration.

Where is our data stored?
DSConnect is built to meet the Australian Privacy Principles and security legislation, including consent capture, retention controls, and access discipline. We can walk you through the specifics of where individual data sets sit during discovery — happy to put it in writing.
How does the setup process work?
A discovery call to scope what you actually need, then a fixed-fee setup engagement (audit, migration, configuration, training) — usually 4–8 weeks. After that, your DSConnect subscription continues monthly, with an optional administration retainer if you want us to keep running it.
Can we migrate from our existing CRM?
Almost always, yes. We have migrated from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, spreadsheets, and Outlook contacts. We start with a read-only audit, produce a written field-mapping plan, run a test migration, then go live in a phased cutover. Nothing destructive without your approval.
What happens if we outgrow it?
Your data is exportable, the configuration is documented in a playbook you own, and we will tell you honestly if you have hit the ceiling. If a bigger platform becomes the right fit, we will help you plan that migration too — even if it is away from DSConnect.
